Our styling is very minimalistic, with a modern and earthy feel. We put a lot of thought into our styling process and every party is unique.

We can do as little or as much as you need! Outside of our packages, we can do bespoke styling for you. Our services include stationery and print design, event sourcing and styling, vendor management, entertainment and activities, and setup and cleanup.

You can schedule an online discovery meeting with us and let's chat about your party needs and expectations. We will then send you our rates and we can also help you book if you wish to move forward.

We require a 50% deposit and acceptance of our terms and conditions to confirm your event date. The 50% balance should be paid at least 2 weeks before your event.

• For valid rescheduling concerns, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date given our availability. However, any cost of purchased perishable items and change fees of external vendors will be shouldered by the client.
• If Party Tales is notified at least 14 calendar days before the event date stated on the invoice, Party Tales will refund payments not including the 50% booking fee, any purchased items, and non-refundable and non-transferrable fees.
• If Party Tales is notified less than 14 calendar days before the event date stated on the contract, any payment already made is considered non-refundable. Exceptions can be reviewed depending on the circumstances and the services rendered.

We need at least 2-3 hours to set up and another 2 hours for clean-up, but this may vary depending on the complexity of your event styling.
